1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Juno Auditor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Juno Auditor provides:

• Credit card transaction analysis and audit reports
• Breakage analysis (unused credits and benefits)
• Fee efficiency calculations
• Card optimization recommendations
• Financial data aggregation through Plaid (read-only access)

Important: Juno Auditor provides informational analysis only. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Our recommendations are based on mathematical analysis of your transaction data.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

5. Financial Data Access

5.1 Plaid Integration

Our Service uses Plaid to securely access your financial data. By connecting your accounts:

• You authorize Plaid to access your financial accounts (read-only)
• You grant us permission to receive and analyze your transaction data
• You understand that we never store your banking credentials
• You agree to Plaid's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

5.2 Data Accuracy

We rely on data provided by Plaid and your financial institutions. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or inaccuracies in data provided by third parties.

5.3 Read-Only Access

We have read-only access to your financial data. We cannot and will not:

• Initiate transfers or payments
• Modify your account settings
• Access your account credentials
• Make any changes to your financial accounts

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans:

• Manual Audit: Free (calculator only, no transaction analysis)
• One-Time Audit: $49 (single audit, manual card entry)
• Annual Plan: $49/year (quarterly automated audits)
• Lifetime Access: $199 (one-time payment, lifetime access)
• Families Plan: $249/year or $699 lifetime (up to 4 members)

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

6.3 Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• Request refund within 7 days of purchase
• Email support@junoauditor.com with order number
• Refund processed within 5-10 business days
• You may keep any audit reports generated

After 7 Days:

• All sales are final
• No refunds for partial periods on annual plans
• Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 7 days
• Exceptions at our sole discretion

What is NOT refundable:

• Refunds due to account termination for Terms violations
• Subscription fees after 7-day window

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance of price changes affecting their current plan.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Data Usage for Research

By using our Service, you may opt in to allow us to use anonymized, aggregated data for:

• Industry research and trend analysis
• Educational blog content
• Product improvement

9. Intellectual Property

Juno Auditor does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Our Service provides:

You should consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions based on our analysis.

10.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that:

• All transaction data is complete or error-free
• Our analysis reflects all available benefits or credits
• Recommendations will result in the expected savings

10.4 Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party providers (Plaid, Stripe, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions caused by third parties
• Changes to third-party terms or policies
• Data accuracy issues from third-party sources

10.5 Credit Score Impact

Our recommendations may affect your credit score. Specifically:

• Closing credit card accounts can lower your credit score
• We recommend "downgrade-first" to minimize impact
• We provide estimated credit score impact analysis
• Actual impact varies based on your credit profile

We strongly recommend:

• Keeping accounts open by downgrading to no-fee versions
• Consulting with a financial advisor before closing accounts
• Understanding your credit profile before making changes

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juno Auditor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Any financial decisions made based on our analysis

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Disconnecting your Plaid connections
• Deleting your account through settings
• Contacting us at support@junoauditor.com

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia (VA), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.

16.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics
• Acts of government
• Internet service disruptions
• Third-party service outages (Plaid, Stripe, etc.)
